Catalogue preparation

Turn scattered listings into reviewable catalogue records.

Prepare an agreed JSON or CSV structure for catalogue review. Keep source identifiers, variant relationships and missing-value notes visible before your team maps records into its own system.

THE BUYING QUESTION

Can we turn these listings into consistent records without mixing variants or losing source details?

A review-ready file keeps original values alongside agreed mapped fields. Your team can resolve ambiguous attributes and test the import before publishing products.

Keep the fields that change the decision.

These are candidate field groups. Availability, definitions and permitted coverage are agreed after reviewing representative listings.

Record identity and relationships

Source platform, listing ID, source URL and variant ID where available. Agree whether each row represents a product or a variant before flattening the file.

Attributes and mapping

Original title, material, dimensions, colour and size plus agreed field names. Preserve source wording and flag ambiguous values for review.

Assets and completeness

Image references, missing-value markers and field notes where available. Check image rights, translation and publication suitability separately.

Fictional example for structure only. IDs, descriptions and numbers are invented. A null source URL or observation date means no listing was collected. This is not a quote, a live result or an API response.

FAQ

Questions about this use case.

Will the export import directly into our catalogue?

Share your target field template and example import rules. We can discuss the mapping, but compatibility depends on the agreed structure and your system. Validate a sample in your own import workflow.

Are translated titles and image publication rights included?

Translation, copy review and asset rights need an explicit agreement. A source image URL or listing title does not grant permission to republish it.

Does this provide a live catalogue API or automatic updates?

There is currently no public live API or self-service dashboard. This is managed preparation of an agreed export. Any repeat collection, timing and change handling must be scoped separately.
